Purchased the incorrect product

We understand that occasionally, mistakes happen and if you order the incorrect product, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. However, please note that the products must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.

We are unable to process returns for products that have been opened or used.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
